We have a wonderful opportunity to get an update on Prosper Lincoln on February 23 with Bryan Seck, Developer of the Prosper Lincoln Employment Skills initiative. The topic of his presentation: Awareness + Connection = Resource Utilization: Prosper Lincoln & myLNK.
Thank you to Randy Dill,, Quality Assurance Inspector. for Duncan Aviation for his presentation at Lincoln South Rotary on February 16. His topic was The Crowded Skies, How We Keep Them Safe.
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) in District 5650 is a weekend camp program April 6 (noon) to April 8 (noon) at Camp Kitaki in Louisville. RYLA programs focus on leadership and provide an opportunity for the participants to practice what they have learned. Click here for the District 5650 RYLA Website Page.  Clay Ehlers announced that they are looking for participants (Sophomores and Juniors) for Rotary Clubs to sponsor.. Contact Clay Ehlers for assistance.
Members are asked to present ideas of potential projects for us to support - non-profit organizations needing help. We  have two opportunities for grants for $1,000 and $2,000. Please bring your ideas to Clay Ehlers or Lance Odom.
We were honored to have Ukraning visitors that were hosted in Lincoln through the Open World Program. One of the Ukranian delegates happens to be a member of the Kharkiv First Capital Rotary Club ( Below are additional photos from their visit.
Lincoln South Rotary Club has many activities, special events and holidays coming up the next couple of months. Watch the website calendar closely for meeting changes. We will not meet at The Venue March 23, March 30, April 20 or April 27. But, we will meet most of those weeks - at an alternate location, time, and/or day.
