Changing Lives Together

Nicky McCarville is a Director of Development of Major and Planned Gifts for Children’s Hospital & Medical Center Foundation. She has been a fundraising Director for over 7 years, but recently came to Children’s because of her passion for the Organization and their tremendous medical staff. Her three daughters, Avery, Maggie and Lillie, were all diagnosed with hip dysplasia and are patients of Chief Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Paul Esposito. Avery, has had 3 different hip surgeries by Dr. Esposito and is currently one of Children’s ambassadors for 2017-2018. Nicky is excited and proud to be a part of the amazing Children’s Foundation team and the their mission: to improve the life of every child.
