Effective March 26, 2021, Lincoln South Rotary Club will be using a Hybrid Format for our meetings. You can choose whether to attend in person or via Zoom. See the letter from President Dave below. To attend at The Venue you must purchase a meal and reserve (and pay) online by Wednesday Noon.
Letter from President Dave to the Club on March 21, 2021:

Dear Lincoln South Rotary member,

During our meeting on Friday, I announced that we were going to have our first hybrid club meeting on Friday, March 26.  The in-person part of this meeting will be at the Venue in the Nebraska room which is the same room we had been using before closing down our meetings last spring.  We will be utilizing reservations for this meeting to enable close coordination with the Venue for our meal service.  We are also using pre-payment to make the reservations and to eliminate the handling of cash.  To make a reservation and pay, click here.  Select the $15 amount and then the Donate button.  This is not a donation – but this process is how we take online payments through our website.  Complete the payment information.  If you have difficulty with this link, please contact me or Nicki Klein.  Finally, please complete your reservation payment prior to noon on Wednesday, March 24.

The meal at the in-person meeting will be served at noon with the meeting starting at 12:15.  The meal will be a buffet-style meal, served by a Venue staff person.  Within the meeting space, we will be adhering to all the mask and social distancing requirement of restaurants in the City of Lincoln.  The room will be set up to meet those requirements.

We will be utilizing a quality camera and microphone to allow us to connect the "room" as a participant in the Zoom connection of the meeting.  This will allow those connecting remotely to see the meeting and those in the room will see those who have connected on-line.  Therefore, if you are at the in-person part of the meeting, it will not be necessary for you to connect to Zoom to see and hear those who are joining the meeting remotely.  The Zoom connection link will be the same link we have been using for our weekly meetings.  This link will be included in the meeting bulletin that is typically sent out on Thursday.

I am very happy to be getting our club together in a meeting once again.  Please feel free to give me a call, text me, or send an e-mail to me if you have any questions.  Thank you in advance for your patience and support.
