Audrey Richert shared information about her family and interests during the Member Moment at Lincoln South Rotary on March 16.
Audrey is originally from Minnesota, moving to Nebraska while she was in grade school. She attended Doane College.
 
She was first introduced to Lincoln South Rotary by attending our Lincoln South Rotary Club Foundation wine tasting events as a guest of Tracey McLain. Her career has been primarily in non-profit organizations.
 
She and her husband Brett have 3 grown children - 2 sons and a daughter.
 
She shared that her mother worked for the State Corrections organization and was in York at the Women's facility. There was a time when the facility lost power due to bad weather. One of the inmates was ill and they were concerned that she would worsen so she came to their home to stay. that inmate was Caril Ann Fugate.
