Ms. Johner is currently the Executive Director of Clinic with a Heart, a free medical clinic. She served as Under Secretary of Agriculture for food, nutrition, and consumer services from August 2006 to January 2009. She previously served as director of the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services.
