Lincoln South Rotary Club members donated their time and treasures to provide items to support and encourage outdoor play at EduCare.
Members donated and purchased items totaling approximately $400. They purchased hats and mittens for the kids to play outdoors in the cold weather, For shopping and delivering our members donated 20 hours of their time.
Delivering the hats and mittens and touring the facility were Suni Kasibhatla, Srini Ampavati, Audrey Richert, Mary Gilbride, Clay Ehlers, John Herdman, Nikki Isemann and Tom Hyde.
Previously Lincoln South Rotary Club participated in a matching grant from The Rotary Foundation District 5650 funds to purchase rainboots.

I just wanted to send a HUGE Thank You to you and the Rotary Club for so generously donating both the rain boots and the hats and mittens for the children at our school! It is so important to nurture the growth and development of young children and the rainboots and the hats and mittens both provide warmth and protection from the elements so that they can continue to learn and explore.
