Rotary Leadership Institute is a grassroots program developed by Rotarians for Rotarians. Participants come away with a greater understanding about Rotary and participation in a volunteer organization.
Lincoln South Rotary Club covers the cost for any member to participate in Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI). We strongly encourage participation for any member! We have many who have participated in the past and we hope to keep that tradition going.

RLI is a facilitated program with active participation - not lecturing. Topics important to Rotary and Rotary Clubs such as Effective Service Projects, Membership Engagement, and understanding The Rotary Foundation are explored.
You will discuss real challenges and exchange ideas with members of other Rotary Clubs.
RLI is for everyone - Leadership is not a position, it is action.
The RLI Program is a 3-part series - one day for each part. You take Part I and then later Part II, etc.
