Hundreds of dollars worth of items and $420 cash from Lincoln South Rotary Club Members was presented to Kyndal Hudson and Elijah Riley of Big Gumdrop Outdoors at our meeting on April 25, 2025.
From Elijah:
Hey Lincoln South Rotary,The Lincoln South Rotary Club Board approved Big Gumdrop Outdoors as a featured service project in January. We heard from Elijah of Big Gumdrop Outdoors on January 3. He talked about their program - connecting urban youth with nature - hiking, fishing and other activities.
On behalf of everyone at Big Gumdrop Outdoors, I want to extend a sincere thank you for your generous donation of $420 and the incredible contribution of fishing gear, craft supplies, binoculars, markers, and more. Your support means the world to us.
We are truly grateful for passionate and community-minded people like you who believe in our mission. Your gifts will directly impact the kids we serve—helping them explore, create, and connect with nature in meaningful ways.
Thanks again for helping us grow our impact and continue building something special in our community. We’re honored to have you in our corner.
Warmly,
Elijah Riley
We collected items to support their programs - focusing on fishing gear and also craft materials (Click here for the flyer).
