You may have noticed when a visitor or guest is attending, they are given what we call the blue sheet.

Following the "KIS" principle of keeping it simple, this item was developed so our guests and visitors could be given one sheet of information to take with them when they leave.  If you have never looked at one, here is what it is.
  • First part – This briefly talks about how we are part of an organization of 1.4 million people who belong to 46,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries.
  • Second part – This is a little bit about our club – and starts with the fact that we were chartered in 1984.
  • Third part – This lists a few of our ongoing projects . . .
  • Meals on Wheels.
  • Cleaning up trails.
  • Polio Plus.
  • Fourth part – This covers some of our projects over the last handful of years and some of the money we have raised for special causes . . .
  • Food Bank capital campaign.
  • Tribute to First Responders.
  • Planting and distributing trees.
  • Clinic with a Heart event.
  • Our international involvement.
  • Fifth part – This gives the details about our club meetings.
On the back side of the sheet is an application for membership that can be completed and submitted by someone interested in joining our group.

If you have a friend, relative, neighbor, or business associate that you think has a heart for service, pick up one of these sheets at our next meeting and give it to them.  There are always some on the registration table.
